Player of the Year: Sienna Yamashita, Kapaa, So.

The 5-foot-1 sophomore split her time between shortstop and in the pitching circle and starred in both roles for the state champion Warriors. Yamashita hit safely in 14 of 15 games this season, including 10 multi-hit games. She posted an astronomical .604 batting average with 27 runs batted in. Yamashita led the state in both runs scored (46) and stolen bases (22). She racked up a 5-0 pitching record with an earned run average of 2.08.

Coach of the Year: Blake Lau, PAC-5

Lau led the Wolfpack to their second straight Division II state final this spring. Although they lost to Kapaa in the title game, the Wolfpack captured their third consecutive Interscholastic League of Honolulu crown. PAC-5 went 9-2-1 during the regular season with a 12-person roster made up entirely of underclassmen. It won six of its final seven games in 2024 and placed five players on the All-ILH D2 First Team.
