Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials available through the Services are the property of ScoringLive or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.

Mobile App and Subscriptions

The ScoringLive mobile application may offer subscription-based features through Apple In-App Purchases. All payments are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and conditions. ScoringLive does not collect or store payment information.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled through your Apple account settings. You are responsible for managing your subscription through your Apple account.

Access to certain features of the app may require an active subscription.

Account and Identification

The Services may use a device-generated identifier (“App User ID”) to manage app functionality and subscriptions. This identifier does not require you to create an account.

Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party providers, including Apple for payments and RevenueCat for subscription management. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. ScoringLive makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Services.

Limitation of Liability
