Host Moanalua jumped out to a 20-10 lead in the first quarter and cruised to a 75-38 win in the opening round of the Na Menehune Holiday Classic.

Na Menehune led 40-21 at the intermission.

Moanalua's bench scored 42 points in the game, including Chris Hammond's game-high 16 and Alex Hutson's 8.

Starter Dillon Turk had 12 points and Shane Ratledge added 9 more for the Menes, who put 16 different players on the floor against the Navigators.

The Island Pacific duo of Jackson Durrett (12) and Malson Okeke (11) combined for 23 of the Navigators' 38 points.

Moanalua will face Waiakea in tomorrow's 4:30p championship bracket quarterfinal.
