Micaela Bitanga and Chandler Arce scored 13 points each to lead the Cougars to a 61-43 road win over Farrington, in the OIA season opening game for both teams.

Kaiser jumped out to a 22-5 lead in the first quarter and were never threatened.

Darcy Goulsby added 10 points for the Cougars, who got point production from 10 out of the 12 players to take the court.

Penina Faumui led the Govs with 14 points and Chasity Scanlan-Sevao added 11 in the loss.
