Kapolei scored two defensive touchdowns and De'Zhaun Stribling hauled in 10 passes for 134 yards and two scores to power Kapolei over host Castle, 40-24, in a non-league matchup Friday night.
Noa Bailey was at the controls of the Hurricanes' offense, throwing for 306 yards and three TDs against one interception.
Journey Feliciano scored on a 20-yard fumble return to give Kapolei a 27-6 lead in the second quarter while Jacob Saole Sue returned an interception 26 yards to the house for the final score of the night.
Kila Kaio led the Knights in the loss by completing 12 of 20 passes for 169 yards and three scores.
