ScoringLive Sound Off is a way for fans to share their voice about a topic in the Hawaii prep scene. Comments are posted via Facebook and Instagram, and are displayed in its raw format with no editing by our staff.
This week we asked fans who they think will win a key Oahu Interscholastic Associaiton Division II contest between Kalani and Roosevelt.
Both teams currently sit at 2-3 in the league standings with two games remaining in the regular season. With only four teams in the league advancing to the playoffs, and Pearl City (5-0), Waipahu (4-0), Kaimuki (4-1) sitting firmly atop the pack, the winner between the Falcons and Rough Riders will be in a prime position to make the postseason.
@williionaire thinks the Falcons will win because they are clutch in the important games.
@kahikna_ thinks the Falcons' improvement over the course of the season will help their chances.
@basic.qellsy thinks Roosevelt has the edge based on both teams' results against common opponents.
@_cuhhriss thinks Kalani has the edge because of its coaching staff.
@issa.lionking thinks the Rough Riders have a better roster than the Falcons.
@luna808_best thinks Kalani will win because of what the Falcons have done so far this season.
@_c.rod_ thinks Roosevelt will win in a similar fashion to how the New England Patriots defeated the Atlanta Falcons in the most recent Super Bowl.
Every contribution, no matter the size, will help ScoringLive continue its mission to provide the best and most comprehensive coverage of high school sports in the state of Hawaii and beyond.
