Four players scored in double figures as Kamehameha defeated Saint Louis, 73-63, in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division I boys basketball game at McCabe Gymnasium Friday night.
Kaeler Kahana led the way with 13 points and the trio of Kobe Young, Kamren Victorino-Kato and Jayden Zarriello added 12 points apiece for the eighth-ranked Warriors (9-8 overall, 2-2 league). Zarriello made four of his team's 10 3-pointers.
Jaymason Nunuha scored a game-high 21 points and Jett Tanuvasa chipped in 14 points for the second-ranked Crusaders (17-3, 3-1), who had won 13 consecutive games and had not lost since Dec. 11.
It was the second win over a ranked opponent in three days for Kamehameha after edging No. 7 Maryknoll Wednesday, 55-50.
The Warriors visit No. 2 Mid-Pacific Tuesday, while the Crusaders host sixth-ranked Punahou Wednesday.
