Ground game propels Sabers past Radford, 56-21

Sabers rack up 229 rushing yards and six scores on the ground and hold the Rams to 107 yards of total offense in a 56-21 win.

Campbell running back Aries Pihi and quarterback Justin Tago each scored a pair of touchdowns, with Triston Bega-Pebria and Isaac Hurd also tallying rushing TDs.

Paul-Andrew Rhoden led all rushers with 59 yards on 8 carries.

Radford kick returner Krix Hughley took two kickoffs to the house for touchdowns, one for 95 yards and the other for 83.

Defensively, the Sabers picked off 6 passes thrown by Rams quarterbacks, including a 33-yard returned for six by Solomon Leaeno.
