Gongob's four goals lift Kaiser over Kamehameha-Maui


  



Randi Gongob led the way with four goals as Kaiser scored an opening round victory over Kamehameha-Maui, 6-3, at the Stanford Carr Development Girls Water Polo State Championships at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex.

Kaiser led 2-1 at halftime and outpointed the Warriors from Maui by 2-1 margins in the both the third and fourth quarters to take the win.

Next up for the Cougars is a matchup with second-seed and OIA East nemesis Kahuku in a 4:30 p.m. quarterfinal tomorrow.
