Liva, DeSantos named ILH D2 Players of the Year


Hanalani's Sarah Liva and Maryknoll's Ashlee DeSantos were named the ILH Division II girls basketball co-Players of the Year.

Liva led all ILH Division II players in scoring, pouring in 17.3 points per contest.

DeSantos, a 5-foot-5 senior guard helped lead the Spartans to an undefeated run through league play, averaging 7.7 points.

Hanalani head coach Charles Hiers was named Coach of the Year.
