Aiea's Strom-Okimoto tops in OIA Western division




Aiea's Raisa Strom-Okimoto was named OIA Western division Player of the Year in girls soccer.

Strom-Okimoto had 14 goals during the regular season to lead the league and was second in the state with 18 scores overall.

Waipahu's Elaina Paredes was named Coach of the Year

Kaiser's Taylor Candelario named the OIA Eastern division girls soccer rnPlayer of the Year, one of three Cougars named to the first team.

Candelario scored an OIA East-leading 13 goals on the season.

Courtneyrn Okazaki and Brittany Peralta-Otsuka joined Candelario as first-team selections, along with Adolph Samuels, who was named Coach of the Year.
