Kalani's Klink named OIA East Player of the Year




Leo Klink was named the OIA East Boys Soccer Player of the Year, one of three first team selections for Kalani.

Klink helped lead Kalani to a Division I state title appearance, which included two game-winning goals, one against defending champ Punahou in the quarterfinals and the other against Kapolei in the semis. He was also tops in the state with 25 goals scored on the year.

Joining Klink on the first team was Bryan Yamada and Yoshinori Tamukai. Falcons head coach Michael Ching was also named Coach of the Year.
