The Kapolei girls volleyball team made sure this one wasn't a repeat of Monday night.
The sixth-ranked Hurricanes got back in the win column with a 25-17, 16-25, 25-22, 25-20 win over visiting Aiea on Wednesday to improve to 5-1 in the OIA Division-I West standings.
After blowing a two-set lead against Mililani just two days prior, Kapolei sealed the deal against Na Alii with two close wins in the final two sets.
Toodie Sopi had 10 kills, four blocks and three aces while Kawehi Marinas and Angel Nahinu each had seven kills to lead Kapolei the Hurricanes in the win.
Precious Tauanuu had a double-double of 15 kills and 12 digs for Aiea (5-2).
