OIA boys' soccer tournament kicks off Monday


West champion Mililani and East champion Kalani are the top seeds for the Oahu Interscholastic Association Division I boys' soccer tournament, which starts Monday.

Miililani, Kalani, East runner-up Kalaheo and West runner-up Kapolei draw first-round byes and will play in quarterfinals on Tuesday.

Here is the tournament schedule. Note: Games orginally scheduled at Kailua have been changed to Roosevelt.

First round, Monday
At Pearl City
Moanalua vs. Campbell, 5:30 p.m.
Pearl City vs. Castle, 7 p.m.
At Kahuku
Radford vs. Kaiser, 5:30 p.m.
Kahuku vs. Leilehua, 7 p.m.

Quarterfinals, Tuesday
At Roosevelt
Kahuku-Leilehua winner vs. Kapolei, 5:30 p.m.
Radford-Kaiser winner vs. Kalahi, 7 p.m.
At Mililani
Pearl City-Castle winner vs. Kalaheo, 5:30 p.m.
Moanalua-Campbell winner vs. Mililani, 7 p.m.

Fifth-place semifinals, Wednesday
At Roosevelt
5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Semifinals, Thursday
At Castle
5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Third and fifth place, Friday
At Roosevelt
5:30 p.m. and 7 p.m.

Championship, Saturday
At Castle, 7 p.m.

In Division II, Kailua and Waianae are the top seeds and draw first-round byes.
