Offensive Player of the Year: Jaron-Keawe Sagapolutele, Campbell, QB, Sr.
The 6-foot-4, 225-pound southpaw became the state's all-time leader in career passing yards this season. He threw for a state-best 3,404 yards with 46 touchdowns against only three interceptions and completed 70.5 percent of his passes. Sagapolutele threw six TDs in a game in five separate contests this year and helped the Sabers average nearly 42 points per game en route to a 9-2 overall record and an appearance in both the OIA championship game and the HHSAA state semifinals.
Defensive Player of the Year: Aiden Manutai, Kahuku, S, Sr.
The Cal-bound safety anchored the Red Raiders' stingy defense and also served as a standout on both offense and special teams. Manutai put his skillset on display in an OIA semifinal win over Mililani, when he came up with a pick-six and registered two other pass break-ups. He also recorded three receptions for 50 yards and one touchdown against his former team. Manutai is a three-time All-Hawaii First Team selection and was tabbed OIA Defensive Player of the Year this fall.
Coach of the Year: Tupu Alualu, Saint Louis
In his first year leading his alma mater, Alualu brought the ultimate prize back to Kalaepohaku. The Crusaders opened the year with road losses to Kahuku and Mililani – by a combined three points – but won nine of their final 10 games to claim their first ILH title since 2021. With a first-year starter at quarterback and lingering injuries to much of its receiving corps, Saint Louis rode star Titan Lacaden and the run game to its first state championship since 2019.
