Player of the Year: Bailey Nakanelua, Iolani, Sr., S

The 5-foot-11 Nakanelua was instrumental in navigating the Raiders to its first state title since 2022, its fifth girls volleyball championship overall. She registered 436 assists this season to go along with 32 kills, 95 digs, 17 blocks and 14 aces. Nakanelua had a season-high 60 assists in a five-set loss to Kamehameha on Sept. 30, in what would ultimately become the only blemish for the Raiders in its 2025 campaign. Nakanelua had four double-doubles on the season and registered at least 30 assists in 10 of the 13 matches she appeared in, and closed out the Raiders' run to a state title with 36 assists, two kills, two aces and five digs in a straight set win over Kahuku in the championship game. Nakanelua was named most outstanding player of the state tournament and ILH Player of the Year.

Coach of the Year: Lesina Manutai, Kahuku

Manutai guided the Red Raiders to a 14-2 record and a runner-up finish in the Division I state tournament, which included a stunning win over Kamehameha to reach the title match. Manutai helped Kahuku claim its 16th league championship overall with a five-set win over league nemesis Moanalua. The Red Raiders were led by the duo of Elenoa and Lamona Lauhingoa, both first team All-Hawaii picks. Manutai was also selected All-OIA Division I East Coach of the Year.
