The McKinley High School Athletic Department is currently looking for a Varsity Football Head Coach.
This position will be responsible for all aspects of the Football Program. Some duties include: teaching/coaching of proper and safe football techniques, being a part of and listening to parent concerns, administrative duties such as staffing and monitoring of grades and character development. Also helping to maintain and to help prepare and take care of the football field.
Minimum requirements: Have at least a Bachelor's of Arts Degree, previous head coaching experience, high school level or higher, NFHS Fundamentals of Coaching Certified, conducts self in an ethical and professional manner, handles administrative responsibilities appropriately and effectively and able to communicate effectively with all role groups and work well with people. Will be asked to help with Athletic Department responsibilities and help lead small group activities with the team.
