Damien Memorial School is seeking a new Head Coach for its Varsity Baseball program. Damien currently fields varsity, JV and intermediate teams. 

Applicants must have five years minimum coaching experience in baseball, preferably in a high school varsity setting as well as head coaching experience on any level.   

Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Responsible for assembling and managing staff for the entire the entrie Baseball program in collaboration with Athletic Directors.
• Responsible for budget requests for the entire Baseball program under the guidance of the Athletic Directors.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with athletic directors, athletic trainers, faculty & staff, student-athletes and parents.
• Works closely and efficiently with Athletic Directors.
• Must obtain NFHS Coaching Certification (completion of Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, Sudden Cardiac Arrest and Heat Illness Prevention courses).
• Must abide by Damien Coaches Code of Conduct and represent Damien Memorial School responsibly.
• Coordinate and implement fundraising ideas for entire program.
• Be a role model and leader for all our student-athletes.
• Be a positive influence on the entire Damien athletic community.
