Radford High School athletics department will be accepting resumes for the varsity head football coaching position.
All interested applicants should have at least five years of coaching/teaching experience at the high school level, preferably experience as a head coach as well.
Applicants should have full knowledge of: » Managing a JV/varsity football program » Understanding the academic priorities of the Oahu Interscholastic Association » Establishing inventory of equipment and uniforms » Creating a culture of learning » Understanding the school's philosophy of 'Discipline, Respect, and Responsibility.'
All applicants will need to be certified with the National Federation of State High School Associations (NFHS) in all aspects of coaching certificates — i.e. coaching fundamentals, concussion protocol, heat illness protocol and USA Football fundamentals.
