Amanda Okihara's first half goal gave East top-seed Kaiser the early lead and the Cougars held Kailua off the scoreboard the rest of the way for a 1-0 shutout win in the quarterfinals of the OIA Red girls soccer tournament.

Kaiser will take on the Kapolei, a 3-0 winner over 'Aiea in tomorrow's second semifinal set for 7:00 p.m. at Kapolei.
