Kahuku won their sixth state title and finished atop the ScoringLive/OC16 Power Rankings with a 30-24 win over the Buffanblu in the First Hawaiian Bank/HHSAA Division I State Football Championships.

Punahou finished in the second spot, followed by Leilehua and Baldwin, an upset winner over Farrington.

Division II Champion 'Iolani ended the year ranked eighth.
