Led by a four touchdown, 169 yard performance by Sitani Mikaele, a see-saw season in the win-loss column teetered back in a positive direction for Farrington in a 34-7 win over Aiea.

Mikaele carried the ball just 16 times on the evening, averaging more than 10 yards a touch, and scored on runs of 12, 5, 7 and 25, increasing his season total to 12. The senior running back has scored at least once in every game this season.

The Governors only gained 55 yards through the air, with most of that total coming on the game's first score, a 41 yard pass from Noah Spencer to Chansen Smith.

Coming out of the halftime intermission, Aiea was able to get on the board as Noah Deed found Hiki Kim Choy-Keb-Ah Lo on a 25 yard pass play to cut the lead to 21-7, but that was as close as Na Alii would get, as Mikaele's two late scores put the game out of reach.

Jheremie Cacpal had 11 receptions for 110 yards for Aiea in the loss, both totals season-highs for the junior pass catcher.

Farrington (3-2) closes out the regular season on Oct. 6 with division leader Leilehua (3-1), where a win over the Mules could go a long way in securing the top spot out of the OIA D1 A.
