Before the summer turns into what looks to be a long awaited return of fall sports, I wanted to follow up on the open letter posted in March with an update as to where things are now with ScoringLive.

The response so far has been amazing and I want to sincerely thank the ScoringLive community for reaching out, not only with monetary support, but also through your messages of hope and aloha.

By the numbers, we are just under 42% of the way to our soft goal of $100,000 for the 2021-22 sport season, and I am happy to say that we are now firmly in a position to head into an August or September start of the next sports year at  full capacity, or at the worst, very, very close to it.

In short, when high school sports makes its return, ScoringLive will be there.

Also, know that our commitment to improving our coverage and content range remains as strong as ever. There are more than a few new initiatives we've been working on and I'm excited to be able to share more details on those once things get them more finalized over the summer and into the fall.

Our hope is that we can continue to see the support we've garnered through the spring continue in the fall as high school sports gets back into high gear, and thank you all in advance for your commitment to both ScoringLive and Hawaii high school sports.

As mentioned in the first open letter, if you know of a company that is keen on supporting high school sports and ScoringLive, please have them contact me directly, and if you can on an individual level, please take a moment to show your support for ScoringLive, whether one-time, annually or monthly, by clicking on the button below.

Finally, continue to feel free to email me at [email protected] and share a brief note or a story about how SL has made a positive impact on your school or a student athlete.

Mahalo again for your support of ScoringLive.
