Host Waipahu rallied with two runs in the bottom of the sixth inning to stun Waialua, 4-3, in an OIA Division II contest Wednesday afternoon.
The win — Waipahu's closest so far this season — helped the Marauders improve to 5-0 atop the league standings.
Joshua Lee led the Marauders at the plate with two RBIs and a double on a 3-for-3 performance, but it was a two-out, throwing error to first that allowed the tying and go-ahead run to score in the sixth.
The Bulldogs (3-2) committed three errors total, which led to three unearned runs scored by the home team.
Javin Barcenilla earned the pitching win in relief of starter Seth Garcia. Barcenilla tossed two strikeouts and scattered three hits in 2 2/3 innings of work.
Kyler Dayne Dicion was the game's losing pitcher. He pitched six innings on 81 pitches with three strikeouts and was only charged with one earned run, which came in the bottom of the first inning.
Erik Bell and Zane Dobecki each had two hits and an RBI to lead the Bulldogs in the loss.
