A pair of past All-Hawaii softball selections are among Softball America's Top 100 Division I college players for 2019.

Campbell '17 graduate Jocelyn Alo, the 2017 All-Hawaii Player of the Year, is ranked third while Kamehameha '15 alumna Kamalani Dung is ranked No. 79.

Alo, a sophomore utility for the University of Oklahoma, was named to last season's National Fastpitch Coaches Association All-American First Team in addition to being named Schutt Sports/NFCA National Freshman of the Year  and Big 12 Conference Freshman of the Year. Her 30 home runs tied the NCAA Division I record for a freshman.

The Hauula-native helped the Sooners to the 2018 Women's College World Series where they were eliminated in the semifinals by a Washington Huskies team that included Kamehameha '15 grad Rachel Ogasawara and Maui '17 graduate Nawai Kaupe.

Dung, a 2015 All-Hawaii First Team pitcher, enters her senior season at the University of California, Berkeley. Out of her hometown of Waianae, Dung began her collegiate career at Fresno State where she earned Mountain West Pitcher of the Year honors in 2017 before transferring to Cal. Last summer, Dung pitched for the Puerto Rican Women's National Team, which won a gold medal at the 2018 Central American and Carribean Games.
