OIA girls varsity playoffs start Wednesday

Varsity postseason play in the OIA begins Wednesday with first round matches being held at Farrington and Waianae for Division I and at Kailua for Division II.

Nanakuli and Roosevelt plays in the first match at the Governors' Richard S. Kitamura Memorial Fieldhouse with Farrington vs. Aiea to follow. The winners of contest will then play at Kahuku in the quarterfinals on Thursday.

For matches at the Seariders' gym, Castle and Radford kicks things off with Waianae taking on Kalaheo in the night cap. The victors advance to play at Mililani the next day.

In Division II, Pearl City and McKinley will play at 5:30 p.m. at the Surfriders' Harry Murai Gymnasium with Kailua vs. Waialau to follow.
