Another week, another blowout.

Top-ranked Saint Louis demolished No. 12 Farrington with a 72-6 win Friday night in an interleague Open Division matchup at Edward 'Skippa' Diaz Stadium at Henry Kusunoki Field.

The Crusaders held the Governors to just four yards of total offense to improve to 7-0 overall and 6-0 in the league standings.

An interception return by Nicholas Herbig 75 seconds into the contest started Saint Louis' scoring. Quarterback Jayden de Laura threw touchdown passes to Makoa Close and Roman Wilson to make it a 21-0 game heading into the second quarter.

The Crusaders started off the scoring in the second stanza with a 9-yard TD run by Robbie Paikai. Farrington came right back on the ensuing kickoff with a 95-yard kickoff return by Raymond Millare, but that would be all of the home team's scoring for the night.

Saint Louis proceeded to score repeatedly after Millare's TD to finish with a season-high 72 points. It was the most points scored by the Crusaders since Cal Lee came back to take the coaching position at Saint Louis.

Samsen Tanuvasa rushed for 54 yards to lead the Governors (2-7 overall, 1-3 league) in the loss.
