Damien Memorial School is currently seeking a head coach for its girl's basketball program. The Monarchs currently field a varsity, junior varsity and intermediate squad. With the inclusion of girls to the student body in 2012, the girl's program is still relatively young and has been fortunate to see successes in the Interscholastic League of Honolulu.

Must have 3 years minimum coaching experience in basketball, preferably in a high school setting.

Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned based on the needs of the Athletic Department):
» Responsible for assembling and managing staff for the lower levels
» Responsible for budget requests for girl's basketball program under the guidance of the athletics directors
» Must be able to communicate effectively with athletics directors, athletics trainers, faculty & staff, student-athletes and parents
» Works closely and efficiently with athletics directors
» Must obtain NFHS Coaching Certification (completion of Fundamentals of Coaching, Concussion in Sports, and Heat Illness Prevention courses)
» Must abide by Damien Coaches Code of Conduct and represent Damien Memorial School responsibly
