Kamehameha bounces back against Mid-Pacific

Visiting Kamehameha snapped a two-game losing streak with a 54-30 win over Mid-Pacific in an Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division I girls basketball contest at Mills Gymnasium Saturday afternoon.

Kalina Obrey scored 20 points and Kiana Vierra knocked down three 3-pointers and finished with 11 points off the bench to help the Warriors improve to 6-3 with one game left in the league's first round.

Brilie Kovaloff had 18 points to lead the Owls (2-8) in the loss.
