No. 3 Mililani demolishes Moanalua, 49-14

Mililani made sure it got into the final four this time around.

The Trojans, ranked third in the ScoringLive/Hawaiian Electric Division I Football Power Rankings, did all of their scoring in the first half as they rolled to a 49-14 win over Moanalua Friday night at John Kauinana Stadium in the quarterfinals of the Oahu Interscholastic Association D1 playoffs.

Dillon Gabriel threw for five scores and Cy Kuboyama-Hayashi caught two touchdown passes to lead Mililani (9-0) in the win.

The Trojans move on to take on Waianae, the team it lost to in last year's quarterfinals, next Friday at Hawaiian Tel FCU Field at Aloha Stadium in the semifinals.

Nick Au threw two second half touchdown passes to lead Na Menehune (4-6) in the loss.
