Make that two in a row for Punahou's Katreina Corpuz and Iolani's Phuc Huynh.

The two juniors were successful in defending their league individual tennis titles in the Clay Benham Interscholastic League of Honolulu Postseason Tournament at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park Wednesday afternoon.

Corpuz defeated Saint Francis senior and two-time state champion Taylor Lau in the girls' final, which was a rematch of last year's ILH championship match.

Lau, who took top honors in the ILH as a sophomore and will play collegiately for the University of Hawaii, took the opening set, 6-4, before Corpuz stormed back.

The Punahou junior rallied for a 7-5 win in the second set and was in control for most of the third and final set, taking the frame 6-2 to win the match.

Huynh, the top-seeded player in the boys' tournament, defeated Kamehameha's Andrew Yip in a three-set affair.

The Iolani junior took the first set, 6-2, before Yip came back to make tie the match with a 6-3 win in set two.

Huynh, who also took states last season, was dominant the rest of the way with a 6-0 victory in the third set to capture his second individual ILH title.

Iolani also won the boys' doubles title behind the play of Jordan Azuma and Joey Hu, who defeated Mid-Pacific's Reyn Miyazawa and Seann Esaki in two sets, 6-3, 6-0.

Punahou's Clarise Huang and Betsy Wo took down top-seeded team Laura Okazaki and Chloe Miwa of Iolani to win the girls' doubles final.
