Menes sweep Bulldogs on senior night

Moanalua celebrated senior night with a sweep of visiting Kaimuki, 25-11, 25-12, to wrap up the regular season in Oahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division play Monday night.

Na Menehune completed an undefeated run through the OIA East, finishing with a 11-0 record. The six-time defending OIA champions also dropped just one set during the regular season.

Kaimuki, who was the league's Division II runner-up a season ago, dropped to 1-10.

Moanalua will enjoy a first round bye in the OIA Division I playoffs and will play its next match next Thursday.
