Offensive Player of the Year: Carly Ann Cormack, Punahou, MF, Jr.

The junior midfielder led the state-champion Buffanblu with eight goals scored on the year. The 5-foot-3 Cormack found the back of the net in six games, including two multi-goal games during Interscholastic League of Honolulu play. She scored two goals in the state tournament, including one of Punahou's three goals in its title-game victory over rival Kamehameha. Cormack was also an All-Hawaii First Team selection as a sophomore.

Defensive Player of the Year: Marley Roe, Kamehameha, GK, Sr.

The senior goalkeeper was a wall between the posts for the Interscholastic League of Honolulu- champion Warriors. Roe allowed only two goals during the regular season and did her part to help pitch 10 shutouts on the year. The 5-foot-7 Roe was selected by league coaches as ILH Defensive Player of the Year and earned All-Hawaii First Team distinction for the second year in a row. Roe will play collegiate volleyball at Utah Tech in the fall.

Coach of the Year: Shelley Izuno, Punahou

In her sixth year at the helm of the program, Izuno and the Buffanblu ended a state-tournament drought of a dozen years this season. Punahou went 7-1-2 during the Interscholastic League of Honolulu portion of its schedule and finished second to Kamehameha for the league title. However, Izuno's squad reeled off four wins in six days at the state tournament, capped off by a 3-0 win over the three-time defending champion Warriors.
