Offensive Player of the Year: Jeremiah White, Kaimuki, WR, Sr.

The 6-foot-1, 185-pound senior wideout led all players in Division II with 67 receptions for 901 yards and 12 touchdowns. He posted six grabs for 128 yards and two TDs against Waialua and later in the season, recorded eight catches for 109 yards and 2 TDs against Pearl City and nine receptions for 178 yards and two more TDs against McKinley in back-to-back weeks. White flashed his versatility in an upset of the Chargers in the OIA semifinal round, when he carried the ball 11 times for 105 yards and a TD. His contributions extended to the defensive side of the ball, where he came up with five interceptions.

Defensive Player of the Year: Jerome Lilio, PAC-5, DB, Jr.

The ball-hawking defensive back was a big reason for the Wolfpack's run to the Division II state semifinals last fall. Lilio racked up a half-dozen interceptions, including three picks and a fumble recovery to go along with 4 1/2 tackles in a win over Kaimuki in the opening round of the state tournament. Against Kamehameha-Maui a week later, the 6-foot-5, 185-pound junior tallied 5 ½ tackles and two pass break-ups. Lilio opened the Interscholastic League of Honolulu season with a couple of interceptions against Damien, which went on to represent the league in the D1 state tournament.

Coach of the Year: Kyle Linoz, Waimea

After dropping its first two games of the season and going 2-4 in the Kauai Interscholastic Federation, Waimea leveled up its play in the postseason. The Menehunes defended their home turf with a 13-10 win over Roosevelt in the state semifinals. A week later they fended off Kamehameha-Maui for a 31-28 victory in the D2 title game. Waimea won both games without completing a single pass. The Menehunes successfully defended their D2 state championship after winning their first in program history a year ago. It was the third consecutive year that a team from the KIF captured the D2 state crown.
