PAC-5 began Interscholastic League of Honolulu Division II play with a 8-1 win over Hanalani at Patsy T. Mink Central Oahu Regional Park Friday afternoon.

The Wolfpack scored seven unanswered runs after the Royals tied the score at 1 after the second inning to improve to 1-0 in league play.

PAC-5 players with multiple hits include Ethan Suga, Jared Miyasato and Ritchie Higa. Higa also scored two runs, as did Brandon Miyasato.

Makoa Paresa earned the win for the Wolfpack while Hanalani's Chad Wakabayashi was charged with the loss.
