Raiders hold off late charge by Warriors to win, 49-44

Gabriel Vega and Duke Pauli combined for 30 points in a 49-44 win on the road over Kamehameha.

Vega scored a game-high 19 points and also made 13-of-17 attempts from the free throw line.

The Warriors led 14-13 after the first period, but the Raiders controlled the second, outscoring the home team by a 12-1 margin to take a 25-15 lead into the break.

'Iolani continued to build their lead into the third period, using a 13-8 advantage in the quarter to extend the advantage to 38-23.

Drybe Enos had 17 points to lead the Warriors.

With the win, 'Iolani finished round-robin play with a 7-5 record. Kamehameha dropped to 6-5 and will face Maryknoll next week Tuesday.
