Shairone Thompson and the Red Raiders overpowered the Kaimuki Bulldogs, 49-34, to improve to 2-0 in OIA Red play.

Thompson, a 6'5 senior, scored 14 points and provided Kahuku with strong rebounding on both ends of the floor.

Tevin Nishiyama led the Bulldogs with 9 points and three three-pointers, as Kaimuki dropped to 1-1 on the season.
