Kaiser bests rival Kalani, 41-36, to close out regular season

Hunter Dias scored 14 points with treys and Cyrus Singelman added 10 to help Kaiser fend off visiting Kalani Friday night, 41-36, in both team's Oahu Interscholastic Association Eastern Division regular season finale.

Brayden Nueku added nine points on three triples for the Cougars, who improved to 7-4 in league play and will take on Aiea in the first round fo the league's Division I 12-team playoffs next Thursday.

Kapaa Nishimura had nine points for the Falcons (5-6), who will be the East's top-seeded team in the Division II playoffs.
