Justin Anderson scored a game-high 14 points and Michael Carrera and Kevin Zabo each added 11 points last night to help Montrose Christian (Rockville, Md.) pull away from Westbury Christian (Houston), 48-31, in the 'Iolani Prep Classic semifinals.

The Mustangs, ranked No. 4 in the ESPN Rise/Powerade Fab 50, will face Orlando (Fla.) Christian in tonight's 8 o'clock championship game.

Westbury Christian will play Bishop O'Dowd (Oakland, Calif.) for third place at 6:30.

Westbury Christian led, 10-7, after the first period last night but Montrose Christian outscored the Wildcats, 16-9, in the second quarter to take a 23-19 lead into halftime. The Mustangs then pushed it to 35-27 entering the fourth period before closing out the game with a 13-4 run.


ORLANDO CHRISTIAN 52, BISHOP O'DOWD 34

Jordan Montgomery scored 11 points and Isaac Cohen added 10 points to help the Warriors control the Dragons.

Orlando Christian led 11-8 after one period, 19-15 at halftime and 34-22 entering the final quarter.
