Payton Bosque scored four goals and Mikaila Ng made a handful of spectacular saves to power Kamehameha over Kahuku, 5-1, in the semifinals of the Stanford Carr Development, LLC/HHSAA Girls Water Polo Championships at the Duke Kahanamoku Aquatic Complex Friday evening.
The Warriors (9-4) will meet defending state champion Punahou Saturday night at 6 p.m. for the state championship. All of Kamehameha's losses this season have come at the hands of the Buffanblu.
Laakea Dedrick also had a goal for Kamehameha to give the Warriors a 3-0 lead.
Grace Rittenhouse accounted for the Red Raiders' lone score.
