Kalakaua@Moanalua Basketball Camp set for June 4-7

Legendary Hawaii Coach Dennis Agena will conduct his annual Kalakaua@Moanalua Basketball Camp on June 4-7, 2012 at Moanalua High School Gymnasium.

Students ranging from ages 7-17 will have the opportunity to learn both basic and advanced basketball skills. There will be 2 sessions: 8:00am - 12:00 pm for campers, ages 7-11 and 1:00pm - 5:00pm for campers, ages 12-18. Younger players will also have the option of attending the more "advanced" 2nd session.

In addition, former Oakland Raider Kenny Patton of Patton Sports Performance will work with the kids daily on improving their speed, quickness, agility, strength, and other physical skills.

The cost is $130 (includes a camp t-shirt). Coach Dennis Agena, with assistance from Mike Taylor (former Punahou girls Head Coach), Greg Tacon (Moanalua boys Head Coach), and Byron Mello (Performance Basketball Clinics) will lead the instruction of the camp.
