Roosevelt improved to 4-1 in the OIA East standings with a 51-41 win on the road over Castle.

Kayman Lewis hit for 13 points and Kainalu Davis added 10 more to lead the way for the Rough Riders. Lewis hit two three pointers and the pair also knocked down 9 of 12 free throws.

The Riders rebounded from a rough opening quarter, outscoring the Knights 15-5 in the second to take a two point lead into the half, and then pulled away for good after a deadlocked third period with a 23-15 advantage in the final quarter.

Keenan Kahoekapu was the high point man for the Knights, scoring a game-high 15 points.

Roosevelt also got strong contributions from Amadeus Browning and Blaise Brumaghim, who chipped in nine points each.
