A 16-member committee made up of present and former media members, athletic directors and coaches statewide made the selections Sunday after two days of meetings. While athletic achievement is the main criterion, also considered were sportsmanship, character and community service.
Each inductee will be presented with a $2,000 scholarship provided by Enterprise Holdings.
The class will be inducted at an awards banquet at 5 p.m. on June 4 at the Dole Cannery Pomaikai Ballrooms. For ticket information, call 808-800-4092.
