La Lumiere advanced to the quarterfinals of the Iolani Prep Classic with a 75-39 victory over Tsinghua in the third game of the afternoon at the Lower Gym of the Father Bray Athletic Complex.

The Lakers took command in the second quarter, going on a 28-6 scoring run to take a 42-12 lead into the break.

Detrick Mostrella hit 5 three pointers and combined with Torren Jones to score 34 of the Lakers' 75 points in the game.

Next up for La Lumiere is Yates, a come-from-behind winner over upset-minded Kalaheo, in the first quarterfinal on Thursday set for 3:30 p.m.
